Men who were hunting for crabs on a beach in Laughlands, St Ann found the body of a male on Saturday night, April 23.
Reports are that at about 10 p.m., the men discovered the body in bushes near the beach and alerted the police.
On the arrival of police, the body of the man was seen with what appeared to be several stab wounds.
Up to Monday, the body of the man was unidentified.
Police say that the male is of brown complexion, slim built and around 5 feet 11 inches tall.
The St Ann’s Bay police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male and any information as it relates to his murder.
