Twenty-five-year-old Celine Hall was crowned the inaugural Miss Jamaica Universe Portland at the Tim Bamboo Hotel in Port Antonio on Saturday night, May 2, 2026. Miss Hall is the Executive Manager at ASAPE Express Ltd., a shipping and logistics company

A confident Ms Hall, who said she never sought publicity, said she will be bringing home to Portland the national crown as Miss Jamaica Universe.

She will represent the parish along with her first runner-up Alyssa Francis, in the Miss Jamaica Universe contest later this year. “We’re to look forward to Miss Universe Jamaica crowning the very first queen from Portland,” she said in an interview.
Celine Hall was adjudged the Most Aware contestant while Ms Francis won two sectional prizes — Multimedia Award and Most Poised.
Shanique Rodgers, Parish Director for Miss Universe Jamaica Portland, and a former finalist in the Miss Jamaica Universe Contest said she was pleased with the pageant.
