ONE WAS WANTED FOR GUN CRIME

The two men held in Brown’s Town with a firearm and ammunition have been charged.
They are twenty-three-year-old Dorral Foreman, labourer of Standfast, and 20-year-old D’Andre Foreman of Goshen district both in Brown’s Town. Police did not say if the men were related.
They have been charged with possession of a prohibited weapon and unauthorized possession of ammunition following an incident in Wesley Crescent, Brown’s Town on Saturday, September 14.
Reports from the St Ann’s Bay Police are that at about 10:50 a.m., a team was on foot patrol along Wesley Crescent when both men were seen in the vicinity of a barber shop. The men were accosted and searched.
A black coach bag which was around the neck of Dorral Foreman was searched and found to contain one single action browning 9mm pistol with a magazine containing fourteen 9mm rounds. The bag was further searched and found to contain a black polo wallet with the identity of D’Andre Foreman.
Both men were subsequently charged.
Their court date is being finalized.
