KILLED AT HOME IN STEERFIELD

Two brothers are dead following a police shooting incident in Steerfield, near Golden Grove, in St Ann.
Reports are sketchy, up to mid-morning, but the North Coast Times confirmed that two young men were shot dead at their home in Steerfield.
Police carried out an operation about 5:30 Monday morning, April 20, when the shooting took place. The circumstances are still unclear but angry residents gathered in the area about 9 a.m., saying the brothers were not involved in any criminal or illegal activity.
