16-Y-O MOM AND BABY STILL MISSING

LAST SEEN AT HOME IN OCHI TUESDAY, JAN 14

Police say they still have not located the 16-year-old mother and her baby who went missing in St Ann on Tuesday, January 14, 2025.

The St. Ann Police identify them as 16-year-old Sanya Brock and her 9-month-old son ‘Shamar’ of Exchange, Ocho Rios, in the parish.

Police told the North Coast Times, on Wednesday evening, January 22, that “continued efforts are being made by the police and family” to locate Sanya and the baby. They said this is not the first time the mother has gone missing.

The St. Ann Police identify them as 16-year-old Sanya Brock and her 9-month-old son ‘Shamar’ of Exchange, Ocho Rios, in the parish.

Sanya is of brown complexion, medium build, and about 170 centimetres (5 feet 7 inches) tall.

Reports from the Ocho Rios Police to the North Coast Times are that at about 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, Sanya and her son were last seen at home. Their mode of dress at the time they went missing is unknown. They have not been heard from since.
